Storage Yard Guidelines

·       Entrance to Pagosa Lake Storage is through the west gate of the property on Industrial Circle and Exit from Pagosa Lake Storage is through the east gate of the property on Wildcat Circle.

·       No loose items (ie. Materials, Tools, Attachments,..etc) may be stored in any parking spots or outside of storage containers unless approved by Pagosa Lake Storage.

·       Proof of insurance must be uploaded to your online account or emailed to info@pagosalakestorage.com within 14 days of move-in.  This is not needed if Tenant Protection Program is active for container unit storage.

·       This is a gravel storage yard and proper vehicles are recommended for loose gravel and pending weather conditions.

·       Pagosa Lake Storage will plow snow along common areas and roadways only when 3+ inches or more have accumulated.

·       For Container Storage: No drilling or modifications to the container are permitted.  Any tampering or damage not from normal use with the containers will be charged to the client for repairs.

·       For Parking Storage: Mobile Equipment (ie. Tractors, Skidsteers, Excavators) may be stored off trailers in parking spots.  Equipment is required to be in good working condition with no noticeable fluid leaks.  Loading of equipment shall be done on gravel area and not on asphalt drive.  Tenant is responsible for maintaining gravel where and when mobile equipment is moved in the storage yard for loading and unloading.
